You must build a "Year 'Round Nurturing Strategy" for your business. That's Step #5 of the
MILLENNIUM MARKETING SYSTEM. Your strategy should:
- Be pre-planned 12 months in advance.
- Contain an element of genuine surprise - even astonishment - for maximum
emotional impact.
- Be as automated as possible. When possible, make your computer initiate the next step.
- Distinguish between your A, B and C level clients. They're worth different amounts to your agency. Treat them appropriately.
- Continue to position you as the expert in your field.
